Reframed a collaboration problem as a retention and revenue issue, synthesized years of disconnected research, and co-led the pitch that got leadership to fund a multi-year roadmap shift. The framing is still shaping how Zapier thinks about teams-based growth.

Built Portland's UX research and design practice from the ground up and grew it into a partnership across city bureaus. The work consistently shifted conversations from specific solutions to root problems. For a permitting engagement, that meant task success went from 10% to 82%. We gathered what we learned into a human-centered playbook and design system so the approach scales without us needing to be in every room.

Shipped four long-requested features for business-critical workflows on a fixed public deadline, while recognizing a capacity gap mid-project and hiring four designers, onboarding each through personal 1:1 pairing sessions to keep the timeline intact. The launch hit its date and the team came out more capable than it started.
